1. Company Information

THE RPS LLC is a printing, branding, packaging, signage, corporate gift, uniform, and customized product supplier located in Al Quoz, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.

2. Products and Services

We provide digital printing, offset printing, UV printing, packaging, corporate gifts, T-shirt manufacturing, uniforms, acrylic works, signage, branding, promotional products, and customized printing services.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Prices may vary based on product type, quantity, size, material, artwork, finishing, delivery location, urgency, and customization requirements.

Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, prices may change without prior notice.

4. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for checking and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, logos, phone numbers, addresses, and design details before production.

Once artwork is approved, THE RPS LLC is not responsible for customer-side errors in the approved file or proof.

5. Color and Material Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from screen colors, digital proofs, previous orders, or sample images due to printing methods, material type, lighting, screen settings, and production processes.

Minor color or material variations are not considered defects.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms may depend on order type, customer account status, and quotation agreement. For customized or bulk orders, advance payment may be required before production starts.

7. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on artwork approval, order complexity, material availability, workload, courier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, corrections, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized products may not be returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or approved issue caused by THE RPS LLC.

9. Customer-Supplied Content

The customer confirms that they have the legal right to use any logos, images, designs, trademarks, text, or artwork provided to THE RPS LLC.

The customer is responsible for any copyright, trademark, or legal issues related to supplied content.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE RPS LLC is not liable for indirect losses, business losses, missed deadlines, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from the use of our products or services, except where required by applicable law.
