Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: May 2026. THE RPS LLC supplies printing, packaging, uniforms, corporate gifts, signage, acrylic works, branding, and customized products across the UAE and internationally. This policy explains our local and global delivery process, estimated timelines, shipping charges, customs responsibilities, and customer requirements.
1. Local and International Shipping
THE RPS LLC provides delivery and supply services within Dubai, across the UAE, and to international locations depending on product type, quantity, shipping availability, and destination requirements.
We regularly support customers in the UAE and global markets, including Ghana, the USA, Saudi Arabia, African countries, the United Kingdom, and other international locations.
2. UAE Delivery Areas
We provide local delivery and support across Dubai and other Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, depending on the order type, product size, quantity, and delivery location.
3. International Delivery Areas
We can arrange international shipping for eligible products to countries and regions including:
- Ghana
- United States of America
- Saudi Arabia
- United Kingdom
- African countries
- Other international destinations upon request
International delivery depends on courier availability, customs regulations, product size, product weight, destination country, and any import restrictions.
4. Order Processing and Production Time
Production time depends on product type, quantity, artwork approval, material availability, customization requirements, and production schedule.
Standard printing items may be completed faster, while customized uniforms, packaging, signage, acrylic works, corporate gifts, promotional items, and bulk orders may require additional time.
Production usually starts after artwork approval, order confirmation, and payment confirmation where applicable.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production completion, courier availability, destination country, customs clearance, traffic, weather, public holidays, and other conditions outside our control.
For UAE orders, delivery timelines will be confirmed based on location and product readiness. For international orders, estimated shipping time will be confirmed based on the destination and selected shipping method.
6. Shipping and Delivery Charges
Shipping charges may apply depending on delivery location, destination country, product size, product weight, order quantity, urgency, courier cost, packaging requirements, or installation requirements.
For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on destination, parcel weight, parcel dimensions, shipping method, and courier rates.
7. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees, government charges, or destination country charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
THE RPS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, import regulations, documentation requests, or destination country restrictions.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing:
- Correct full name and contact number
- Complete delivery address
- Country, city, postal code, and required shipping details for international orders
- Receiving person availability
- Correct artwork, size, quantity, and order details
- Timely approval of artwork or proof when required
- Any required import or customs information for international deliveries
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, customs issue, unpaid import charges, or customer delay, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
For international shipments, returned parcels due to incorrect information, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs charges may result in additional courier, return, or re-shipping fees.
10. Pickup Option
Customers may collect approved orders from our office after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

11. Damaged, Delayed, or Incorrect Delivery
If an item is damaged during delivery or the wrong item is delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos, videos, and order details.
Delivery delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather, public holidays, customer-side delays, or destination country regulations are outside the direct control of THE RPS LLC.
12. Product Restrictions for International Shipping
Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, material restrictions, courier rules, customs regulations, or destination country laws.
If a product cannot be shipped internationally, our team will inform the customer and may suggest an alternative solution where possible.
