Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026. This policy explains how returns, replacements, corrections, and refunds are handled for customized printing, branding, packaging, uniforms, acrylic works, signage, and corporate gift orders.

1. Custom-Made and Personalized Products

Many products supplied by THE RPS LLC are custom-made according to customer artwork, logo, size, color, quantity, material, branding requirement, or approved proof.

Because of this, customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started or the order has been completed according to the approved details.

2. Returns or Replacements May Be Accepted

We may accept a return, replacement, correction, or reprint if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged before or during delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The delivered item is clearly different from the approved artwork, order confirmation, size, material, or specifications.
  • There is a printing or production error caused by THE RPS LLC.

3. Returns or Refunds Are Not Accepted

  • The product was custom-made and matches the approved artwork, design, or order confirmation.
  • The customer approved the final artwork or proof before production.
  • The issue is caused by incorrect artwork, spelling, logo, size, color, phone number, address, or details supplied by the customer.
  • The customer changed their mind after production started or after delivery.
  • The product has been used, installed, washed, altered, damaged, or handled incorrectly after delivery.
  • Minor color differences occur due to screen display settings, printing process, material type, lighting, or production limitations.

4. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, especially for customized, printed, or made-to-order items.

Please include clear photos or videos, order details, invoice number, and a description of the issue.

5. How to Request Support

To request a return, replacement, correction, or refund, please share:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Customer name and contact number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the issue
  • Approved artwork, proof, or order confirmation if available

6. Return Method

If a return is approved, the customer may be asked to return the item to our office or arrange delivery back to us. In some cases, our team may collect the item depending on the location, product type, and issue.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all parts, packaging, and accessories where applicable.

7. Return Shipping, Collection Fees & Refund Timing

If the issue was caused by THE RPS LLC, approved return collection, replacement, or correction costs may be covered by us.

If the issue was not caused by THE RPS LLC, the customer may be responsible for return delivery, collection, re-delivery, or correction charges.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

8. Inspection and Approval

All return, replacement, correction, and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by THE RPS LLC.

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Reprint or correction
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit or adjustment against a future order

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production, printing, customization, procurement, or processing has started.

Once production or customization has started, cancellation may not be possible, and any advance payment may be non-refundable depending on the work already completed.
